How to choose copper bearing bush correctly

Bearing bush processing:
thick wall bearing bush can be cast. In order to improve friction performance, a layer of bearing alloy (called bearing liner) can be poured on the inner surface of the bearing bush. In order to attach bearing alloy and bearing bush well, various tenons, grooves or threads are often made on the inner surface of bearing bush. Thin wall bearing shells can be mass produced by continuous rolling of bimetal plates.
The bearing material is usually soft, and the inner cylinder surface is not suitable for grinding. It can be processed by boring, diamond boring, scraping or grinding. When grinding, do not use the method of matching with the shaft diameter, but use a special grinding rod with the same size as the bearing pad hole. Scraping is mostly used for part of the pad bearing, with a wide blade machine. When scraping by hand, the scratches should be shallow. Special boring method should be adopted according to the specific shape of bearing bush with complex inner surface shape.
